Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role involves converting digital leads, actively engaging in live lead generation through door-knocking and referrals, and effectively moving prospects through the sales pipeline.

Job Type:

  • Earning potential of $200,000+ including a base salary of $40,000-$50,000
  • Comprehensive benefit package
  • Location: Travel to various locations in addition to your primary base in Windsor, WI.

 

Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

Earning potential of $200,000+ including a base salary of $40,000-$50,000 and a full comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, retirement plan with company match, two weeks’ vacation, sick pay, 13 holidays, and an additional “floating week” taken company wide.

    • Customer Relationship Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Technical Understanding: Basic technical understanding of roofing systems and the ability to explain them to potential customers.
    • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
    • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
    • Self-Motivated: Initiative and self-motivation are crucial for success in a sales role.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
    • Time Management: Efficient time management skills to handle multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
    • Networking Skills: Capability to network within the industry and generate leads through various channels.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Responsibilities:

    Converting Digital Leads: Effectively engage with and convert digital leads into customers. Provide timely and accurate information to potential clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.

    Live Lead Generation – Door-Knocking and Referrals: Engage in proactive live lead generation through door-knocking and referrals. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers in person.

    Inspecting roofs in multiple locations: Findings and provide detailed reports to clients, offering transparent insights into the roofing status

    Conducting contract meetings: Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and any relevant specifications, ensuring a mutual understanding between the company and the client.

    Guiding people through the restoration process: Offer expert advice on materials, design options, and additional services to meet clients’ preferences and needs. Provide continuous support and communication throughout the restoration process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for the client.

    Travel: Manage your time effectively to be at multiple appointments at a variety of properties. Reps need to be capable of driving at the markets that the company services which include; Madison, Milwaukee, and Fox Valley area.

    Technology: Brookens is at the cutting edge of technology integration for the roofing industry. Employees need to be proficient in using their laptop, smartphone, and use a variety of mobile apps and digital tools.

    Measurements & KPIs:

    Bi-weekly & Monthly Revenue # Goals ($) per Person:

    • Set and strive to achieve bi-weekly and monthly revenue goals in alignment with individual and team objectives.

    Thresholds of Moving Through the Sales Pipeline:

    • Effectively move prospects through the sales pipeline, meeting defined thresholds at each stage.
    • Implement strategies to optimize the efficiency of the sales process.

    Monitor & Control Average Days in Status:

    • Monitor and control the amount of time a job stays in any given status.
    • Ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline by minimizing average days in status.

    Number of Damage Reports:

    • Track and report the number of damage reports generated through customer interactions.
    • Use damage reports as opportunities to educate and guide customers through the sales process.

    Number of New Leads through Live Lead Gen:

    • Track the number of new leads generated through live lead generation efforts.
    • Implement strategies to increase the volume and quality of leads.

    Number of Adjuster Meetings:

    • Actively engage with adjusters, schedule meetings, and present relevant information to support the sales process.
    • Track and report on the number of adjuster meetings conducted.

    Other  Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
    •  High school diploma or GED required
    • Evenings + Weekends as needed
