I had a great experience with Brookens! Right from the start Alex Grahn explained everything in great detail about cost and how much it would cost with insurance coverage. What the insurance would cover (which was confusing to me) It was very important to Alex that I really understood everything and why they do what they do. I was looking into 2 different companies at the time and Alex showed me that Brookens was the best choice for me because I trusted Brookens with my gutt. The entire experience was great with the people who worked in the office too! Ashley and the others went out of there way to help with any other questions and got back to me immediately. The day they put the roof on Luis who was the project manager was in contact me through out the day and sent me tons of pictures showing me the update progress. When I came home Luis did a walk through with me and it seemed very important to him that I understood what they all did and why. It looked like they had never been there except for my new beautiful roof! They cleaned up everything. The thing I liked best about Brookens was that they were all about teaching there clients on all the things you needed to know about putting a new roof on. No question was a stupid question. From someone who knew nothing about getting a new roof-I now feel pretty educated on it. I recommend Brookens because I TRUST them! Which is huge!

We had exceptional customer service beginning with Jacob for initial estimate and bidding all the way to Phil the project manager and working with the office staff —highly recommend.This is the second time that we have used Brookens for a roof! The crew worked extremely hard in heat advisory conditions. Not only did they do an excellent job on the roof, but they left the property spotless.

Extremely happy that I chose Brookens for my roof replacement. Everyone from the sales rep to the crew were nice and professional. The sales rep was great. Jacob was unavailable to meet with the insurance adjuster but sent someone else in his place. Jacob was also available and came out to answer some additional questions on modifying the project. Communication throughout was awesome! I received a link to the portal where I could track the progress of the project and received emails with constant updates. The crew arrived during the time indicated, got right to work and did an amazing job cleaning up. My neighbors were also impressed by the crew and at the amazing job they did. They had never seen a crew work so hard and in sync. I would definitely recommend Brookens Construction.

Brookens Construction was very thorough and professional from day #1. Our house is quite large and we have a very complex roof. Everything from the initial evaluation for hail damage, dealing with the insurance company side of the deal, to scheduling, delivery of materials, installation of the roof, meticulous clean up after installation has gone extremely well. We are very happy with the result in terms of quality and appearance. I highly recommend Brookens to any discerning customer who wants fair treatment and top quality work at a reasonable price.
