My roof was impacted from a hail storm in May. After checking in with family for their thoughts on a contractor; Brookens Construction was highly recommended. From the initial meeting with Alex through the day of replacement of my roof and interactions with Phil and the crew; it was an easy process with clear communication and expectations. Brookens assisted with my insurance claim with follow ups allowing for additional coverage. It was a pleasure working with all of my contacts with Brookens Construction.

Arrived as scheduled and completed the work as expected. Would (and have) recommend to others.

I had a roof replacement, new gutters and fascia done on my house a couple of months ago. Just getting around to a review. The work done with Brookens and their subcontractors was excellent! From start to finish, working with Brookens was easy and they all were wonderful to work with. Special thanks to the crew who did my roof. After removing layers, they found old barn boards as decking (original to the house) so they needed to replace all the decking as well, on the garage and roof. They were working until dark and even had a second crew, who finished a bit early on their job, come to my house to try to get it done. It did have to go into the next morning. But they were there at 7:00 and all wrapped up by 10:00 or so. I really recommend Brookens as they did excellent work and were great to work with. They also made the insurance claim process extremely easy.

Very professional team from start to finish. We’re a restaurant so the timing to get this finished was very important…they not only beat their timeline but we’re very happy with how the roof turned out. Highly recommended!!

Brookens Construction did a roof replacement for me today 09/03/2024. It all came together when Jake from Brookens construction met with my insurance adjuster about hail damage. Between both of them my roof qualified to be replaced. Jake then met with me about all the details. Then after about 8 weeks Cory from Brookens and his crew showed up and all went very well from start to finish. Professional work well done. So if your roof is needed to be replaced. I recommend Brookens Construction.

We had a great experience from the start. The ladies in the office were great to work with. The recommendations were on point. Getting rid of the unused chimney and turbine makes the roof look a lot neater/clean. Communication from Ernesto on what was happening was appreciated, we have 4 dogs to manage and it was helpful. The way the roof top venting was done on both the garage and house, really does make a huge difference in temperature, no more hot A$$ garage! Thank you for your hard work!!! Tara

Roof replacement-It was a real pleasure working with Brookens Const. Their workers were professional and they treated my property with respect. Salesperson Alex was attentive and made certain that I was always taken care of. The office personnel were prompt at letting me know the steps that needed to be done. And project manager Cory, was very thorough during and after the completion. I highly recommend using their company. 5 out of 5 stars.

The whole crew from Brookens from start to finish has been so wonderful to work with! They were patient while we made our decision on roofing companies and were always happy to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We choose Brookens to take care of our Hail Damage in May 2024. Our sales person was very thorough about looking at all possible damage to our home. Super experience. Everyone was nice and polite. Workers are truly super human. Worked for 12 hours straight, no real breaks, never slowed down, smiled whenever they looked at you. Conscientious and friendly. John always looked out for our needs.

Impressive work by a terrific team! Two highlights: 1) the crew smiled and waved back at the kids in the neighborhood who had gathered to watch the exciting roof work, and 2) the extra care at end of day in rolling a huge magnet over the lawn to find any remaining debris. The roof looks great, job well done! And a special shout out to project lead Cody for making sure the roof got done in a single day.

I am very pleased with Brookens Construction. I called them when I experienced leaks in my roof and there were there along side my insurance assessor and walked me through every step of the process.
