Miguel and his crew did an exceptional job in one day of removing old shingles and installing new ones. Crew was always working and spent a lot of time making sure all the old debris was removed. The office did a great job arranging the scheduling of materials to be delivered the day before and the skylight replacement on the same day. What a well oiled machine. I'd recommend them and use them again.

The roofs on my house and detached garage needed replacement due to a recent hail storm and a friend recommended I call Brookens. The work has been completed recently and I’m very happy to say Brookens not only met my expectations, they exceeded it. I found the staff I met and worked with to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sensitive to my concerns. Jack Greenwood in Sales was the first one I met. He really understood the business and insurance terminology forms and did a great job of breaking it all down in terms that I could more easily understand. He’s an excellent communicator and was very patient with all my questions. Molly Neubauer and Bella Bussey in the office provided information I needed and were always quick to respond to my calls. I received a 4 page document walking me through each step of the process and explaining what my part would be. Dates, duration, what to expect, references, material delivery, not one thing was missing. Luis Olivares was the crew manager and he made sure I understood what the crew would be doing, encouraged my questions and when the work was done, all debris was removed, everything cleaned up and I have yet to find a nail in my driveway or sidewalk. Such good work! I would highly recommend Brookens.

Brookens workers were very professional and I am very happy with my new roof. The project manager was polite and helpful. The roofers were hard working and respectful of my property. Even the clean up was thorough. I heartily recommend Brookens.

My experience has been great with Brookens. From the begging Tommy was amazing. After meeting with 5 different companies Tommy was the only one to help and meet with the adjuster in person. He’s also helping with supplements. During the installation of the roof Luis and his crew did a great job. I received pictures from beginning to end. I also am very appreciative that Luis came back out to do another clean up & replaced a tarp that got lost during the build. Will definitely recommend this company to others!

I was told my roof would be done 2 or 3 weeks after I signed the contract; it was done a week later. I expected to wait a couple of weeks for the gutters to be done; they were done 2 days later. It took one day to do the roof and a little more than one day for the gutters. Everything looks great!

From start to finish Brookens Construction was fantastic to work with. We had hail damage from a storm on April 15th. Barry came to our house and did a complete inspection of the exterior of the home. A detailed report was completed and shared with insurance. This made the process of dealing with insurance very easy. Phil and the installation team did a phenomenal job on the roof. The attention to detail and quality materials really showed. The team made a small mistake by cutting into our SIP panel to install a vent. The Brookens team worked to find a SIP expert and quickly fixed the problem! Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would recommend Brookens to anyone.

I was hesitant about dealing with my roof this year. I never go up there and just assumed I still had a couple years left. Aaron Clerkin my sales rep came to my door on a whim and he really educated me on the health of my roof. I ended up going forward with the project and I could not be happier with my new roof system. Overall the professionalism and response time of Brookens will have me suggesting them to my neighbors and friends.

I had my entire roof and gutters replaced by Brookens Construction and it was no easy task! I have a very large roof with numerous peaks and complex angles. The project manager Phil, Miguel and his team did an amazing job! From delivery to install and cleanup, everything was done perfectly. This has been a pleasant experience. Berry who came out and reviewed the roof and storm damages, to Louis and his Team that competed our roof within a half day! The material was cleaned up including roof debris and nails. Louis assisted with correcting a siding issue to explaining and sending pictures throughout the day. The team was professional and respectful. Chris, Bella, Mckenna and Callie were fantastic with keeping me updated or assisting me throughout the project. Berry really did a great job handling the insurance adjuster and really explaining next steps prior to the replacement. I would use this company over and over again.

We are a Condominium Association with 21 2 family units, we replaced all of the roofs, gutters and downspouts Brookens is Very professional and has great attention to detail, They had at least 1 manager on site sometimes 2 all the time, (Ion & Phil) very responsive to concerns and follow through was excellent! Everything was really good from the beginning! during the build Luis my project manager was amazing. communication was great through out the day, i recieved a lot of pictures and updates. the crew did an amazing job with my roof, i would definitely recommend brookens. They are definitely very friendly and professional.

I am so happy we chose Brookens to replace our roof after hail damage. From our first meeting with our field rep Darren to the final installation with Josh as the project manager, all went very smoothly. The quality of the work is excellent and the new roof is absolutely beautiful. Also, the clean up from the crew was above and beyond. Prior to selecting a company to install a new roof on our house, we watched the work Brookens Construction did on our neighbors roof. Everything they did to that house was what we were looking for for ours. After requesting and meeting with their representative Jacob, the entire sequence of events was laid out in a very professional manner. Leading up to the day of the work, email communications outlined everything that was going to happen and when. The morning of the work, the crew arrived on time and covered every possible aspect of the home and surrounding foliages for protection. Our project manager Phil reiterated what they were going to do. When completed not only did we have a new roof but everything around the house was left spotless. My wife and I highly recommend Brookens Construction for your roofing needs. We were completely satisfied with their attention to details and keeping us informed. The work crew was efficient, professional, and cared greatly for our house and property.

The Brooken team that replaced my roof were above exceptional. The project manager Scott was a wealth of knowledge and willing to talk thru the whole process and answer any questions I had. His crew was very professional and courteous of my property, covering all exterior areas with tarps and making many rounds around the house to clean up any fallen debris.
