As unnerving as it is to watch twelve roofers walking on my roof, tossing asphalt debris into a dumpster, and replacing wood as needed, I had nothing to worry about! Brookens Construction is a professional, organized, certified organization that treated me as a valued customer. Among several roofing companies that provided reviews and proposals, Brookens' salesperson was very informative, a great listener, supportive through our decision process, and available when I had follow-up questions. I'm confident you will find the Customer Portal as convenient as I did. Work was completed as discussed. Both site preparation and cleanup were great. Brookens helped us through the insurance claim process when our roof was damaged by hail last year. Jack was our point of contact, and I can’t say enough great things about him and Brookens! Jack is honest, straightforward, patient, and incredibly helpful. He was a valuable advocate for us when dealing with insurance, and supported us each step of the way. The team at Brookens was very good. They handled our job great from day 1 and were able to get our insurance to cover the work. They did a great job at explaining everything along the way. The day of the work was quick, smooth, and efficient. The crew was very nice and professional. They made sure to show what they had found in an area I had concerns about and explained what they were doing to repair it. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the site when leaving and we love the results.

They were extremely easy to work with and did a great job. Phil provided progress pictures throughout the day and made sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend using them!
