Great experience with Brookens. From the beginning they detailed every step of the process. Everything happened on time with plenty of notice. 2,000 ft ranch Plus garage was done in one day. Clean up was great. Very hard-working crew. They worked 14 hours straight. Follow up after the job was done was the next day. They left an extra bundle of shingles with us in case we would add skylights or something.

Prefessional, hardworking, great job, cleanup great, none of many flowers around house were not disturbed.

We just got new roofs from Brookens Construction at our Condos "Villas at Meadow Crossing" in Sun Prairie and we love them. We got 8 of our 12 older buildings roofed in 3 days. They finished in 3 days with 3-4 crews on site! Since our condos are ranch style, primarily 1700 - 1800 ft each that's a lot of surface. We chose Malarkey brand shingles, so we have a whole lot of Malarkey on our roofs! I cannot say enough about the quality of service we received from Brookens Construction, from sales to finish. Our original contact was with the owner Aaron Brookens, who was very thorough and pleasant. We developed a very good contract with him. I had contact with project managers Scott, Phil, Alex and Luis. All were amiable, helpful and polite. Phil and Luis were on site managers and were here at 6:00 am. The crews were fantastic and fascinating to watch. They were so fast and capable, we couldn't believe how they climbed the steep roofs and carried bags of shingles on their shoulders. They really knew what they were doing and worked in sync. And what stamina! Cleanup was so thorough and efficient, even shaking out bushes for hidden smaller pieces of debris. We signed our contract in October last year and every text, email and phone call has been promptly answered to my questions from the board and 53 other residents. Phil was a great Project Manager and very pleasant even though I had a lot of questions every day.

Wonderful to work with from start to finish. Went above and beyond helping us navigate insurance claims for our roof, gutters, and siding. Worked with insurance directly on a few supplemental things and the roof install went smoothly and was completed in one day! Looks wonderful, and the pm communication was top tier throughout the installation! Highly recommended.

Very process oriented business made our experience effortless. Roof looks great also. 3200sqft house with pool house completed in 3/4 of a day.

Our home got hit by the April 2026 hailstorm, in which with the help of Cody on the sales team it was determined we needed a full roof replacement. Cody worked with our insurance adjuster while they inspected our roof. Cody was very thorough, but calm, and never pushy in guiding us what the best options would be for the replacement materials. We felt educated and confident in our decision to go with the shingles he suggested. The installation crew was excellent in keeping a tidy worksite while also working diligently on the replacement, which was done in 1.5 days. I was very concerned about some of our new landscaping be trampled and extra nails that would inevitably be left behind. The crew did several sweeps with the magnet to insure no bails were left behind. I’m happy to report, not one of my plants got trampled. The work was done with quality and care in mind. I would use them in the future and refer our family and friends!

They did an excellent job. Worked around the projects I wanted to get done. When I pointed out a leak that I thought was due to the roof, they found the cause which had nothing to do with the roof. This was not found by other contractors. On time, good cleanup and efficient. Riley Gould (project manager)was very informative and checked back many times

Everyone at Brookens was great from start to finish. They helped us work with our insurance adjuster to obtain a fair settlement. They clearly explained the process, the options, and the costs. Scheduling was flawless and communication was great. On the day of the work, project manager Alex was very accessable and talked us through the process. The crew was great--they worked hard and did high quality work. They were careful to minimize damage to landscaping and cleaned up very well after they were done. We are very happy that we chose to work with Brookens for our roof replacement.

Working with professionals is awesome. I was connected to a customer portal on their website, and I was up to date with every step of the process. They stayed in touch with my insurance company and I was quickly notified of any changes. Installation was quick and the crew cleaned up afterwards. Nice to have a company that keeps me informed and provides services as promised.

Derek Pettit did a great job with the inspection and quoting process. Bella kept us informed on what was happening and when. Riley was our project manager and stayed on top of everything. The crew that did the work was amazing and they worked in high temperatures and humidity all day long. They did a great job and left the site just as clean as it was when they arrived.

The salesman was great to work with and did what was in our best interest and not just to satisfy an insurance claim. He was with us through the whole process. Then when it came to the work, the Project Manager had great communication and let us know the status throughout. The roof looks great!
