Brookens construction was really great to work with. I had hail damage from the last storm and needed a new roof and gutters.
My sales person, Alex Grahn was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable with explaining the entire process and always answering all my questions effectively and quickly. Kasey and his crew installed my new gutters after the new roof was installed and was polite, respectful and great to work with.
The Brookens staff , Alex and Kasey all provided excellent and quick communication at all stages. They were excellent to work with and the quality of construction was top notch. High recommended this company.

I have a normal two story home. The crew showed up right on time, 8:00 and we’re all cleaned up and done before noon!! Very impressive!!! Not a nail left behind. 27 square of shingles. I’m very happy with everyone I dealt with. Brian, the sales rep, Megan, at the office and Conner, the job site Forman all really were very professional. I have owned eight homes and dealt with many business over the last 40 years. Brooken construction is top shelf, IMO.

Excellent service from start to finish. Always kept me in the loop on what was going on. Pete came out and worked with our insurance adjuster. He adjusted his schedule to meet our needs. He met with us and explained everything. They were right at the house at 700am as said. Took one day with crew of 10. Beautiful job! Cleaned up nicely. Would highly recommend!!!

Peter was instrumental in my roof replacement. super responsive, attentive to detail, worked well with insurance company, a true expert, additionally, the project Super, Scott, was amazing!! made sure all was right. came back next day to fix something that was missed instead of covering it up. Brookens did a Fantastic Job from start to finish. 5 Stars. Not only did they get me a new roof due to hail damage, but also got my insurance company to pay for replacemant of the raingutters, downspouts and sky lights. The sky lights were even an upgrade to remote controlled shades in them. My roof was 20 years old and now I have a new roof with a 40 year warranty going forward. All I had to pay was my deductible to the Insurance company. Brookens took care of all the negotiations with my Insurance company. Installation was completed in 1 day. Everything cleaned up like nothing ever happened. I would absolutely recommend Brookens to anyone with hail damage to their roof and gutters.

Alex was wonderful to work with to get everything we needed for insurance and met with them. Cody was the on site project manager, was efficient and his team had my ranch home done by lunch!!

Our work with Brookens Construction started with a knock on the door as they were in the neighborhood. My first thought was "no" we don't want a roof inspection as our house is "newer" and didn't expect to find significant hail damage.
After a short discussion with Colton, we agreed to have him take a look and we are glad we did. Colton came across very genuine - not someone just trying to get that next sale- and was very knowledgeable. He was incredibly communicative and gave us all of the information we needed on the front end of the process.
Scheduling was easy - even when the weather had other plans.
The roofing crew was efficient and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess.
We really appreciated the top notch service we received across the board, especially when it came to communication. Colton, Megan, Matt and Connor let us know everything that we needed for this process. They really made it as painless as a roof replacement can be.

Top notch from the original inspection through installation. The roof repair was due to hail damage - so insurance was involved. They helped me through the whole process. They were responsive and communicate well. When it came to the installation, the responsiveness and communication continued. They had a bit of weather to navigate but kept me informed along the way and worked to minimize the impact. Again - responsive and communicative. For me though, the 5th star is for their Site Manager. He was just phenomenal to work with. Biggest compliment I can give is that he and his crew left our property looking as it was before they arrived - except for the new roof. Clean up was outstanding. Site Manager even came back a day later looking for anything that might have been overlooked! Just another example of this crew’s attention to detail is a memorial that we have near our front door. They actually put a ladder and tarp over it to protect it from damage. Outstanding! I have already recommended them to two of my closest friends!!

Our sales reps did an excellent job working with our insurance company. They were tireless, thorough and patient pointing out all the effects of the hail damage to ensure we received the maximum settlement. Roof and skylight installation was on on schedule and efficiently done to minimize disruption to our lives. Clean up was good all nails and debris was removed. The roof and skylight look great.

He was prompt, honest, patient, accommodating...everything you want in a salesperson, but never get. Connor, the PM, was also great to work with. I'm not sure where to begin, but if there were more stars I could give I certainly would. We just had our roof replaced with Brookens and from start to finish it was incredible. I've received better customer service from this company than I have at 5 star hotels. We had a problematic area that leaked in the past and Scott, our project manager, went above and beyond to put us at ease with the process. After looking at the finished product, I understand why these guys are so well known and trusted. Please use this company for your roof you will not be disappointed.
