I had my entire roof and gutters replaced by Brookens Construction and it was no easy task! I have a very large roof with numerous peaks and complex angles. The project manager Phil, Miguel and his team did an amazing job! From delivery to install and cleanup, everything was done perfectly. I can't Thank you enough for your quality work and professionalism! I highly recommend Brookens Construction!

This has been a pleasant experience. Berry who came out and reviewed the roof and storm damages, to Louis and his Team that competed our roof within a half day! The material was cleaned up including roof debris and nails. Louis assisted with correcting a siding issue to explaining and sending pictures throughout the day. The team was professional and respectful. Chris, Bella, Mckenna and Callie were fantastic with keeping me updated or assisting me throughout the project. Berry really did a great job handling the insurance adjuster and really explaining next steps prior to the replacement. I would use this company over and over again.

We are a Condominium Association with 21 2 family units, we replaced all of the roofs, gutters and downspouts Brookens is Very professional and has great attention to detail, They had at least 1 manager on site sometimes 2 all the time, (Ion & Phil) very responsive to concerns and follow through was excellent! Everything was really good from the beginning! during the build Luis my project manager was amazing. communication was great through out the day, i recieved a lot of pictures and updates. the crew did an amazing job with my roof, i would definitely recommend brookens. They are definitely very friendly and professional.

I am so happy we chose Brookens to replace our roof after hail damage. From our first meeting with our field rep Darren to the final installation with Josh as the project manager, all went very smoothly. The quality of the work is excellent and the new roof is absolutely beautiful. Also, the clean up from the crew was above and beyond. Every step was smooth. Alex was so helpful in setting things up and getting me on the schedule quickly, and Josh and his crew were amazing. Quick, thorough, and high quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Prior to selecting a company to install a new roof on our house, we watched the work Brookens Construction did on our neighbors roof. Everything they did to that house was what we were looking for for ours. After requesting and meeting with their representative Jacob, the entire sequence of events was laid out in a very professional manner. Leading up to the day of the work, email communications outlined everything that was going to happen and when. The morning of the work, the crew arrived on time and covered every possible aspect of the home and surrounding foliages for protection. Our project manager Phil reiterated what they were going to do. When completed not only did we have a new roof but everything around the house was left spotless. My wife and I highly recommend Brookens Construction for your roofing needs. We were completely satisfied with their attention to details and keeping us informed. The work crew was efficient, professional, and cared greatly for our house and property.

The Brooken team that replaced my roof were above exceptional. The project manager Scott was a wealth of knowledge and willing to talk thru the whole process and answer any questions I had. His crew was very professional and courteous of my property, covering all exterior areas with tarps and making many rounds around the house to clean up any fallen debris. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to get their roof replaced.

After storm damage in 2025 we contacted Brookens to inspect our roof on the referral of a neighbor. We worked with Cody, and he went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The insurance claim process was drawn out with multiple inspections, multiple adjusters, and general difficulty. Cody was present for each visit from the claim adjusters to make sure they were treating us fairly. After we received approval for a partial replacement, the supplement team at Brookens worked with our insurance to get the full replacement that was necessary based on the damage. It was a great experience and we would use them again.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the end of the project. Top quality workmanship, I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement.

The experience of working with Brookens for my project was smooth from start to finish. The work crew was efficient, cleanup was excellent, and everybody from the office was responsive and helpful. Jacob was outstanding with coordinating the estimate and Ian managed the project execution with precision. Highly recommended company to work with!

Communication with Brookens was great. Roofing crew came out early and got started on the job right away and they were finished by late afternoon. Roofing crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.
