Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly responsive and experienced individual to fill the role of Production Supervisor. This position involves overseeing various aspects of production, including recruiting, onboarding, training, off-boarding, managing an in-house team of Project Managers, managing subcontracted labor, ensuring accountability, and maintaining OSHA compliance through coaching and training. Beyond these duties, this individual will play a pivotal role in recognizing and resolving issues through the implementation of creative solutions. As a forward-thinking leader, you will consistently prioritize business growth, bringing fresh and resourceful perspectives to drive innovation within our production processes.

- $70,000-$80,000 plus performance based bonus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and managing production teams in a construction or roofing environment.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Experience overseeing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of roofing and construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Expertise in insurance restoration: Proven ability to navigate claims processes, collaborate with adjusters, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges in production processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with Project Managers, other departments, and clients.
- Budget Management: Experience managing and optimizing budgets for production projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in production, with a focus on delivering superior roofing solutions.
- Team Building and Development: Track record of building strong, motivated teams and fostering a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedules, and priorities, ensuring flexibility in a dynamic industry.

- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technologies in the construction field.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Lead the recruiting process to ensure a qualified and efficient production team.
- Identify and attract top talent to support production needs.
Onboarding & Off-boarding:
- Manage the onboarding and off-boarding processes for production team members.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires and proper closure for departing team members.
Review Subcontractor Team Invoice:
- Oversee the review of subcontractor team invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure transparent and efficient financial transactions with subcontractors.
Accountability – Managing Crews:
- Implement systems to ensure accountability among production crews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
OSHA Compliance (Coaching & Training):
- Provide coaching and training to ensure OSHA compliance within the production team.
- Implement measures to enhance safety protocols and awareness.
Measurements & KPIs:
Full Staff (Based on Jobs Per Day):
- Track and maintain a full staff based on daily job requirements.
- Implement recruitment strategies to meet production needs.
Weekly Subcontractor Invoice Reviews:
- Conduct weekly reviews of subcontractor team invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Implement improvements to streamline the invoice review process.
Write Ups for PM’s / Subcrews:
- Monitor and document performance issues requiring write-ups for project managers and subcontractor teams.
- Implement corrective actions and feedback mechanisms.
