Position Summary: Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for driving lead generation through digital channels? Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where you’ll spearhead our digital marketing efforts, collaborating closely with our in-house content creator to optimize content performance and maximize conversions.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, focusing on social media advertising and organic posting, particularly on platforms such as Facebook and Google. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and executing targeted ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and enhancing our online visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies through social media advertising and organic content. Leverage your expertise in platforms like Facebook and Google to craft targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.
  • Content Optimization: Work closely with our in-house content creator to conceptualize and refine content that aligns with our lead generation objectives. Provide strategic guidance on messaging, visuals, and ad formats, ensuring that content effectively engages our target audience and drives conversions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Analyze key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience demographics to inform strategic decisions and maximize ROI.
  • SEO Strategy: Collaborate with our SEO team to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic. Identify opportunities to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and attract qualified leads through strategic SEO initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Proactively identify new opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement in our digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment where insights and feedback are shared freely, driving collective success across the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of proven experience in developing and executing successful lead generation strategies through digital channels.
    • Strong proficiency in social media advertising platforms, with a focus on Facebook and Google.
    • Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with the ability to collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Full-Time
    • Hybrid Remote position – In office 2-3 days week
    • $55,00-$65,000 based on qualifications
