Brookens construction was on time, finished the job in 1 day, which is less time than they quoted. The guys worked from sun up to sun down. Our roof looks amazing. From the first contact with Brookens till the very end everything was amazing. Customer service was perfect always was available when you needed them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Highly highly recommend Brookens Construction. There are SO many reasons, so I’ll try to categorize them.COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT.1. When Chuck first came to evaluate our damage, he provided details of every single possible step. He even met with our insurance inspector to walk that person through our damage. He was also available with any questions pertaining to the claim process. Chuck has an easy, non salesman quality that grabs your trust in the first minute. This job seems like a perfect role for him and it is obvious he takes complete ownership and pride in doing it extremely well.1A. He handed me over to Megan (from the main office). She made sure I knew what the next steps were, let me call and discuss anything that was fuzzy to me multiple times, and then emailed everything to me using Docusign software (LOVE LOVE LOVE the ease of this!!!). Once complete, she gave me a tentative schedule date and followed up to narrow and solidify that date once the weather had warmed up to ensure a proper installation. Her hand off was to Trae, the onsite manager for the day of roof install date.1B. The job start time was 7 AM. The crew was at my house ready to work at 6:30, prepping dumpster placement. Trae was in my driveway before 7 and he explained to me that because there was possible rain in the afternoon, they scheduled two crews to make sure my roof install and all clean up would be done at the highest level of QUALITY. To me, on something like a roof, quality MUST be number one. Trae also walked me through the steps of what id be seeing as they worked. This particular crew had worked together for seven years and so he told me they would be very efficient - but would do fantastic work. Trae was 100% right and when the job was finished (about five hours with 100% great clean up), Trae walked the whole house with me and answered my many questions and asked multiple times if I needed anything. Even after we were done, when I asked for some pictures, he happily provided them to me. Trae is exactly the kind of “put your mind at ease” person you hope to interact with on such an important job. Megan will also be handling the backend communication with my insurance company to work through the certificate of completion, remaining funds releases, etc. Soooo stress relieving !!!!1C. The crew chief (I do not recall his name but believe it started with a J) did an amazing job ensuring everyone was focused on a task and it was clear his team had the utmost respect for him and he for them. I saw him teaching others and people on his team teaching one another - it’s an excellent sign of a strong group.Overall, my wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The leadership over these four people - and really the entire crew who worked on my house - should take the time to thank them for creating a lifelong customer and someone who will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone I know. Overall, my roofing project went great! Will was great to work with from an inspection and sales stand point. When there was a hiccup prior to work beginning, I reached out to Aaron, and the problem was solved with some simple communication. John and the roofing crew did an excellent job, with lots of communication throughout the day. I couldn't have asked for a better clean-up job from these hard working guys. Overall, Brookens has been easy to work with, up-front, communicative, and professional. I'll use Brookens again for future projects.

Brookens has been awesome to work with for our roof damage. They helped is through the insurance claim process and when the time came to do the roof replacement they arrived on time and replaced our roof quickly and efficiently. Brookens did an amazing job replacing our roof after our hailstorm damage. This was my first time with this happening, and they were awesome at explaining, helping, keeping us updated, and walking us through the process. The installers were very polite, on time, and did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Cody, the project manager, was there at the start to see if we had any questions and back at the end to be sure we were satisfied.
