We manage a 48-unit complex, and roof work always makes the board nervous. Residents notice everything. Brian helped get the process going. He came out almost immediately to inspect our five buildings and had a report ready within a couple of days. He walks us through the next steps of contacting our insurance and filing a claim for our the buildings. He met with the insurance adjusters to show his findings and answer any questions they had. He also coordinated our install. The crews showed up early and communicated everything along the way. I can’t say enough how smooth this whole process was .
